What is a library without books and to have lots of books you need sturdy bookshelves.  The Match Day funds that we have received in the past has allowed us to expand our library.

We were in desperate need for new computers, and a copier/printer is a must in any library.  We have been able to upgrade our computers and purchase a copier/printer to better serve our researchers.

Last year we were able to upgrade our lighting upstairs.

We want to extend a sincere "Thank You" to everyone who has donated to our society in the past.  As a non-profit organization, we rely on our membership and fundraisers such as Match Day to keep our doors open for those seeking to research their family history.  Your generous donations have allowed us to grow our library and offer more ways to help people who come or contact our society with questions and now that we own the building due to the kindness of our long-time landlord your future donations will also help us keep our building maintained.

Future needs for our society...

  • We love our old building, but it needs some TLC.  We need to upgrade our AC since at this time we have an old window unit that is about to go out on us.
  • This website is a new more robust website that will allow us to expand our digital world but it needs maintained and protected.
  • We recently had unexpected electrical updates which was not in our plans.
